With the continuous deployment of 5G network and more application scenarios, the optical modules of 5G carrier network are evolving to higher bandwidth, higher performance, lower cost and smaller size. Front haul will need 50G or 100G module instead of current 25G, and back haul will need 200G or higher optical modules.
