LUXIC provides a wide range of high speed transimpedance amplifier (TIA) products, including limiting, burst mode, linear types for NRZ, PAM4 or coherent applications. Allthese TIAs have the features of low input noise current and low power consumptions, and can be used in 10Gbps~1.6Tbps transceiver modules. Also, there is a uniquely designed high-bias-voltage-supply pin on TIA for APD application.
